Return Policy
Returns: We accept Returns with in 2-3 days of the delivery.
: Flowers/Balloons/Items must be in their original condition, Original packaging and receipts required.
: Unfortunately we can’t offer you a help regarding returns once the return duration has elapse.
Refunds: Full refund will be issued for items returned in original state as received, for undelivered items, damaged orders, or incorrect orders.
: 50% refund on customized/personalized items and items with no issues whatsoever from our side. Should you change your mind after purchase you will receive 50% refund.
: Refunds will be processed with in 5 business working days, we will need your banking details for us to process an EFT.
Exchange: Complimentary exchange for a new bouquet or item for the same value and quality.
: Exchanges will only be disbursed once wrong or damaged initial order has been received and exchanges will take 3-5 business days of initial wrongfully/ damaged sent item has been received.
Cancellations: Pre-delivery cancellations, if you cancel your order before delivery, we'll refund your payment in full, minus 10% processing fee.
: Post- Delivery cancellation, if you've received your order and want to cancel, our standard return policy applies (see above). Except full refund will be paid excluding courier fees
: Supplies issue, if we can't fulfill your order due to supplier issues, we'll notify you ASAP and offer a full refund or substitute with a similar product.
